managed to get QoS based outbound load balancing across the links with the crappy SA520W I’m stuck with until I can afford a proper ISR2 like the 2921.
Getting around 70Mbps down (blended 50 max from cable, 23 max from dsl) / 10 up (off the cable).

So for ~250 a month I get that with two upload pipes.  the DSL is slow up (5040kbps max) but I have a block of 64 static, public IPv4s.  the cable is 10500kbps up, but only have block of 16.

I bought a maxxed out Dell 6850 for $420 + 200 shipping.  So with hyperv-2012 and 64GB of RAM I can fill up that space.  Its such a horrid machine though.
They never used to think on power – it was like oil.  A dell 6850 is a dirty, oily workhorse of a system – costs ~150 a month to power.  that’s plain obscene.  but smaller, leaner, more conservative servers are out of my price range – I’ll pay the cost to get that raw compute strength and deployment platform for wtf I’d like.
